Fan Rebellion is upending the entertainment industry – by allowing everyday investors to own shares in a Las Vegas production company! Seth Yudof – CEO & Co-Founder

Veering away from his Ivy League engineering degree, Seth traveled the world as a magician and designer of unique theatrical effects for artists like Michael Jackson, DMX, and Jay Z. He then went on to found an entertainment company, managing Grammy Award-winning artists. He produced top-rated concerts and Las Vegas residencies for a variety of artists, including Blues Traveler, Richard Marx, Charli XCX, Daughtry, and CeeLo Green. Seth also managed long extended-run shows like I Love the ‘90s and Tenors of Rock. Additionally, Seth has also produced the comedy residencies of Jason Alexander, Tom Green, and John Caparulo. 

Seth is also an international TEDx speaker. Having worked in virtually every aspect of the entertainment industry, his talks are focused on his extensive experience in entrepreneurship. Outside of live shows, Seth has also launched venues like CatHouse nightclub and Restaurant with celebrity chef Kerry Simon, Sin City Comedy Club in Planet Hollywood, and multiple restaurants off the Las Vegas Strip. 

Jayson Pearson – Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder

As the son of a showgirl and a theater stagehand, Jayson Pearson practically grew up in the casino showrooms of Las Vegas. He brings 20+ years expertise in set design, lighting, sound, and technical production experience. Jayson worked on a number of concerts, residencies, and extended production runs for solo artists, band, musical revenues, comedy acts, and variety shows hosted on the Las Vegas Strip – as well as across the country. He’s also worked with both local companies and multinational corporations to stage a wide range of events, from product launches to corporate galas, and so much more! 

His extensive experience producing hundreds of shows and events gives him a unique perspective on the high-level strategic and budgetary decisions necessary to transform an entertaining idea into a profitable run of shows. After spending tens of thousands of hours rigging equipment, staffing technical teams, and running light and sound boards, Jayson understands exactly what an event needs to deliver the ultimate audience experience. 

Jimmy Maynes – Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder

For nearly 30 years, Jimmy Maynes developed, managed, created, marketed, and produced highly profitable entertainment across a variety of media. He served as a Creative Director for live shows, selling $1M+ tickets and generating over $50M in revenue. He also successfully negotiated sponsorship deals working with high-profile entertainment companies like Sony, Viacom, A&E, Networks, and ASCAP. He’s worked with icons such as Alicia Keys, Joe Thomas, Chris Brown, Salt-N-Pepa, and Naughty By Nature. 

His experience as a producer, manager, and A&R executive had him overseeing the recording and marketing of 19 platinum and gold albums. Jimmy also served as the executive producer of a Grammy-winning album for EMI. His strong suits are working with artists and turning studio successes into dynamic and profitable live entertainment events. Jimmy artfully accomplishes this through a blend of merchandising, ticket promotions, and PR. His expertise in delivering revenues and profits almost always exceed show goals.
